As an executive coach, trainer, and organizational consultant with over 20 years of experience, I support and motivate my clients to affect positive change through building a relationship of trust, respect and freedom of expression. I founded Pathways Leadership Coaching and co-authored Management Coaching for Leaders, a training that integrates coaching methods into leadership, and VoiceLessons: Speak Confidently, a training-for-trainers to create cultures of courageous communications, equal opportunity, and respectful collaboration. I am a passionate advocate for women and minorities to ‘find their voice’ in order to create a world where everyone matters.
